All agenda item presentations will take place in a conference setting where delegates from every country will be present.

You will be required to present discussion papers and make a presentation of Agenda Item 1, while agenda items 2-4 are optional.

Each delegate has been allocated around 10 minutes for their presentation and will take turns to present. To facilitate quality of discussion we encourage you to present using Microsoft PowerPoint or a similar presentation tool.

All the delegates are encouraged to prepare the disscussion papers for the Agenda Items 2-4. Please hand in your discussion papers for all agenda items, including a summary of these papers, to us no later than 31 August, 2007. Since the break-out group sessions take place at the same time but different venues so each delegate can take part in only one.

You are invited to attend a workshop of your choice – either as a presenter or a participant.

If you would like to present at a workshop, please hand in your workshop papers, in either electronic or hard-copy format, to the Organising Committee no later than 31 August, 2007.

All workshops will take place concurrently. At each workshop there will be three to five presentations, depending on the number of presenters, with each presenter having around 20 minutes for their presentation. Participants are welcome to discuss the workshop topic after the presentations.
